  Meditation is overrated. And many so called Gurus are taking advantage of that by fooling people to sit idle and concentrate on chakras and get calm and concentrate. In return people donate money and all the credit goes to those pundits who carry android phone which is invented by Andy Rubin, Nick Sears and Rich Miner with day and night work. And very few people know all the inventors and scientists who gave all their life in providing something to make our life technologically advanced.   It is claimed that meditation will take away the pain. I agree on that. But meditation is nothing but self-suggestion….. telling y our body to relax and concentrating on third eye for 5 to 15 mins or more. “Body and Mind Relaxation” can be another word for meditation.    I had been in meditation center for 10 days.  It is beneficial to go in this gatherings to meet people and talk good things as it motivates to be stronger. Is there any suicide prevention helpline number in India?

If you are suicidal, most probably you are at the bottom of the depression pit and that is an illusion. Your thoughts about death and suicide is an illusion and you have been deceived by the negative person that we have inside us. We all are capable of having that feeling. Let’s face it. Listen to that negative person. But wait a minute. Can we just wait for another day? Not saying that things will get better. But just one more day. Let’s chalk out something that we want to do/ and we love to do. So, Now you have those in bullet numbers as what you want to do. Ok, Fine. You want to do nothing. Ok. That is also a good option. So instead of sitting at home. Let’s go outside and walk. And go through the random alleys and roads, and see the life in peripheral of your eye. Ok. Now, as I am feeling suicidal, I will talk to any person while I am walking on the road. So, ask for direction for the place that you already know.   A Child's mind run faster so they see everything in slow motion. It is just my theory. That's why they still keep crying, when we are feeding them with a spoon. Because the resting period in between to get the spoon to the cup and fill it up and slowly get towards their mouth. It takes time. That's why they cry during that period.  During drinking milk from milk-bottles, that never happens so they are happy during that time, all the way. ------------------------------------------------------------ Support me so that I can dig my brain and write more articles/books and entertain/enlighten you.
